CI:Creative Intelligence works with a wide range of associates from the world of the arts and development. Some are individual artist-trainers, others are organisations similar to CI:Creative Intelligence but with their own particular areas of expertise. Collaboration rather than competition is one of the distinguishing characteristics of the arts world, so none of us finds it strange to work with competitors.

Saul read law at Cambridge University and trained as a solicitor with Norton Rose in London, specialising in investment banking. He spent some time with Citicorp Investment Bank before joining the prominent Midlands law firm, Freeth Cartwright, where he became a partner and Head of the Company and Commercial practice.
In 1995, Saul made a significant career change and became an actor, having won a place at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, one of the UK's leading drama schools. Since graduating, the majority of his professional acting work has been on the UK stage, including 3 national tours. He now combines his acting career with his legal and corporate experience, working as a consultant and trainer, often in association with Ci:Creative Intelligence. His clients include Zurich Financial Services, Red Bull, Pfizer and Scottish Courage, amongst many others.

Actor, coach and writer - Play4Real
Lin Sagovsky has been using her background as a professional actor, voiceover and writer for over twenty years to facilitate learning and development in business in creative ways.
Having trained to act at Manchester University and the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Lin also studied for a Master's degree in Playwriting in the USA. Alongside a career as an actor and voice artist, in the mid 1980s she began scripting corporate training and marketing films for a wide range of organisations.
She now combines her skills in a spectrum of live business contexts: as a roleplayer and forum theatre performer, a writer and director of interactive plays, a facilitator of interpersonal skills workshops, a private coach in speaking with confidence, and a creative consultant.
Via her own consultancy, Play4Real, or in association with other arts-based organisations such as Ci: Creative Intelligence, Lin has worked with companies such as Pfizer, UBS, the Welsh Environment Agency, local authorities, Societe Generale, Unilever, Compass Group and the Housing Corporation.

Storyteller - A Word in Edgeways
Phil studied Drama and English at the University of East Anglia before becoming a performer and storyteller. She is perhaps best known to the general public as the storyteller on The Tweenies for the BBC but her experience is far wider.
She is a partner in A Word in Edgeways which was established in 1994 to help organise the first Milton Keynes International Storytelling Festival and she has worked extensively in the MK area since. Recent performances have included Ghosts and Ghouls in collaboration with Milton Keynes Orchestra, And She Was... which toured nationally and Parzival which was originally created for an Art &Business conference in Castle Borl, Slovenia.
Phil has been a Storyteller in Residence on a number of occasions, notably at Milton Keynes Museum and for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
Since 2001, Phil has employed her storytelling and performing skills in delivering training and development programmes for businesses and other organisations. She worked for the Department of Trade and Industry on a project to evaluate the process of writing a government white paper and has since worked for the DTI Library Service and the Home Office. She has delivered storytelling and communication skills courses for companies as diverse as AIT, the computer software firm, Allied Domecq, Baker Tilly and Pfizer. Most recently, she has worked extensively with Ci: Creative intelligence on programmes for Zurich Financial Services.
We also work with other leading practitioners such as:
Geoff Church and Richard Hahlo of Dramatic Resources
Chris Higgins and Fiona Lesley of The Map Consortium
Jack Pinter, musician, actor and playwright
Rose Ryan, dancer and choreographer
Rod McIntosh, sculptor and trainer
as well as a large number of actors whose role play and forum theatre skills are exceptional.
